These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed on the Jolly Home website.

By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

As the products are made to order (print-on-demand), slight variations may occur (colors, design placement, etc.).

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in CHF.

Jolly Home is not subject to VAT under Swiss legislation.
Therefore, no VAT is charged.

Shipping costs are specified during checkout.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Payments are secured and can be made using the payment methods available on the website (e.g. credit card, TWINT, PayPal, etc.).

6. Delivery

Products are made to order and then shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • the delivery destination
  • production times

Jolly Home cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Under Swiss law, there is no legally required right of withdrawal.

Due to the made-to-order production process, returns are not accepted in the event of a change of mind.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only in the case of defective products or production errors.
