1. Product Manufacturing

All Jolly Home products are made to order (print-on-demand).

Each item is specially produced after your order has been confirmed, helping to reduce overproduction and waste.

Production time is generally between 2 and 5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Switzerland: 5 to 10 business days
Europe: 5 to 12 business days
International: 7 to 15 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on periods of high demand and shipping conditions.

Shipping is free for all orders within Switzerland 🇨🇭.

For orders outside Switzerland, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing a tracking number.

This number allows you to track your package in real time.

Delays beyond our control may occur (high demand, carriers, exceptional circumstances).

Jolly Home cannot be held responsible for these additional delays.

For orders outside Switzerland, customs fees or local taxes may be applied by the destination country.

These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.

In the event of an incorrect address, Jolly Home cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of the package.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, additional reshipping fees may apply.
